Company hires mostly Israelis for their US operations. Hebrew is spoken at the office more often than English. Non-Hebrew speakers feel like outsiders. Company rarely hires women for non-administrative roles, and the women who are hired typically don't last very long. CEO is very egotistical and not open to change.
