The wider company is pretty innovative and you can get a lot of exposure to different opportunities and projects. Teams are pretty open and friendly!
Kontras
Historically resources were really tight so you end up doing a lot by yourself/with little help. They are trying to fix this though by being more open to budget requests from Marketing and more people in senior leadership really see the value in Marketing and advocate for it now.
