Pros

If you desperately need a job and can deal with a lot of micromanaging, lack of training and unrealistic expectations then I say go for it.

Kontras

Lack of communication, processes need streamlining, training less than adequate, micromanaged to death, unrealistic expectations, favoritism, felt isolated, pay way too low for the work.

We are sorry that you were less than satisfied with your time here at CPS. We hold very high standards for ourselves and our employees, so we want to make sure that we give our employees all the right tools for success. We also know this is a business which is difficult because our customers want perfection when processing their payroll. We are sorry you feel as though you were not given enough training. That is never our intention. We have many employees who are well versed in all aspects of our business, have been with the company for many years and have continued to grow. Pros

The only pros are work-life balance and job security

Kontras

There are more cons than pros. Lack of communication throughout departments and management levels. Pay is very low compared to market and minimal growth potential due lack of development tools/opportunities. Values outdated practices vs adapting to evolving workforce.
