There are some wonderful people that work here. The product itself is a great product. Not much else to say.

As long as you are not in Client Services, you will have a great work/life balance. Support is so short staffed that specialists are working late into the evening and also coming in on the weekends and still cannot keep up with their work loads. When asking about when new hires will be starting, managers won’t answer. Every activity must be recorded in Salesforce. If someone takes 30 calls a day and answers 40 emails with each taking over a minute to enter in, that is a lot of time during the day that could have been spent actually helping clients.
