Too many to list them all. No matter how long you've worked there, you can be thrown over at the drop of a hat if a meeting doesn't go well or if you don't buy into the cult hard enough. They've been rapidly cutting back the benefits that they used to recruit a lot of people. Flex time, maternity leave, remote work for bad weather, gym hours, dress code, and more have been cut. They often make those changes with little/ no warning and leave people scrambling to change with a week or less. They push metrics all the time, but intentionally set it up so you can't actually get full marks because "there's always room for improvement." They overload employees, and then just fire them and replace them with new graduates who don't know any better yet.
Trust me, it's not worth your sanity. Even people who give 10+ years to the company mean nothing to them.
