Pros

Fast paced atmosphere where everyday is different. Decent pay. $4 lunches, various events throughout the year.

Kontras

The system was always a disadvantage and held us back from our jobs. Everything was very disorganized and chaotic. Its a very manual job where everything is calculated and entered manually which increases the likelihood of mistakes. Garnishments are very complicated and there is a lack of training. Lots of drama to add to it all.

It has been a while since we’ve experienced any turnover in this department. However, we have made a lot of process improvements within the last year that includes developing and automating the printing and production, which has alleviated hours of manual labor. We feel confident in the development pipeline and training strategies we have put in place. Additionally, we have expanded our garnishment teams to support our growth. We wish you the best.

Pros

You can make a lot of money if you are in the right territory and have a good client base that hasn’t been oversold by previous AMs. The training is very good and you will make good friends! The people they hire are smart and fun to be around

Kontras

If there has been high turnover in your territory it will be hard to sell as the clients have products that have not been properly implemented and are likely gun shy to purchase. It will also depend how “over promised/under delivered” their experience with new business is. The work/life balance can, and probably will, become very toxic. You are on the road constantly if you have a travel heavy territory which makes it difficult to get admin work done during business hours. You will be working before and/or after work - probably on the weekends as well. Ask for transparency in your territory assignment. You want to know how far your furthest client is as you will have to go see them in person at some point
