The leaders of the team seek to help their staff develop through their own talents and gifts. I have only worked at Paycom for 9 months and have grown professionally in ways I never expected. In addition, Paycom is a very ethnically diverse company. There are so many languages, countries, and cultures represented, you can learn about the whole world just by going to work.
