      Pros

      The company puts a lot of effort into creating a positive and collaborative work culture. It is nice to see a company in the Midwest pour into their employees by providing continued education, company perks, and focusing on employee health. Our teams accomplish a lot of great work while still enjoying great company benefits like the company gym and daily lunch variety provided by our clients.

      The company has grown at a really fast pace over the past 5 years. Policies and procedures are playing catch up. As a result there are lots of great opportunities for new employees, with the right experience, to help fill in the gaps as the company continues growing organically.

      Pros

      The work we do is challenging but is satisfying. $4 dollar lunches are great and I enjoy the people and managers I work with. We have gone through changes, but the changes are worth it and the tools we are provided keep us successful. The salary is great and top level, highly recommend working here if you love a challenge. I promise you’ll never be bored.

      The workload and hours can be heavy at times, but the long-term gratification is worth it. Paycom is about long-term investment, and it requires patience and perseverance but it’s worth it, if you are strong enough.
