Pros
At first i was nervous about working for this company since i have been working independently for 3 years at a small local computer shop, prior to getting hired here at paycom. After several months of working here, I saw how awesome all the employees were about the company and towards each other. What I love about this job is that your learning curve is always expanding. Its endless. There is always something new to learn and to understand. With your team and team building, the work ethic is always exceptional.
