I have worked at a number of organizations across the state and nobody compares to the collective group of people who are proud to call Paycom their employer. This is an organization that needs people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and figure out ways to do things better. Everyone in the organization is held accountable, so be prepared to discuss key metrics and how you are moving the needle for the betterment of the company.
