10yWe are disappointed to hear you feel this way about your role. Working 70-plus hours is not one of our expectations and simply doesn’t add up as that would be equate to a 14-plus hour work day. We do not terminate employees for putting their family, friends and health before Paycom. In fact, we promote work-life balance to all of our employees and our COO even launched a podcast featuring that very topic. We promote top leaders into management roles based on their merit of work and ability to set and achieve their lofty goals, both personally and professionally and regardless of age.
