With everyone afraid for their jobs its become a culture of pointing fingers and fear, and its a given that none of your conversations are actually private. You can expect to be written up if you have a negative opinion or a question about one of the daily changes that are forced through, so noone contributes out of fear. Metrics continue to change so noone can consistently stay ahead of them.
