Pros

Great benefits Decent pay Cafeteria with local restaurants providing a diverse range of options Nice campus albeit the typical walls of gray line the floors where employees cubicles are located

Kontras

Constant layoffs creates stress for employees Corporate structure is constantly changing, leadership changes frequently Constant leadership changes means having to deal with differing expectations which makes it difficult for seasoned employees to understand the end goal. Company seems more concerned with stock prices than actually improving the software or creating a productive environment for employees. Sometimes hostile towards employees Currently there are no growth opportunities so if you are not satisfied with your role or salary, you will likely have to look for a different company to work at.

Pros

You can make a lot of money if you are in the right territory and have a good client base that hasn’t been oversold by previous AMs. The training is very good and you will make good friends! The people they hire are smart and fun to be around

Kontras

If there has been high turnover in your territory it will be hard to sell as the clients have products that have not been properly implemented and are likely gun shy to purchase. It will also depend how “over promised/under delivered” their experience with new business is. The work/life balance can, and probably will, become very toxic. You are on the road constantly if you have a travel heavy territory which makes it difficult to get admin work done during business hours. You will be working before and/or after work - probably on the weekends as well. Ask for transparency in your territory assignment. You want to know how far your furthest client is as you will have to go see them in person at some point

This is a performance-driven role with high expectations, and team members are given clear direction and the tools to succeed. Those who consistently deliver see meaningful rewards for the work they put in. Please share further feedback with your leader.
