Pros

PayPro HCS's work environment is one of teamwork. Co-workers are willing to help each other and the managers are often seen offering assistance and guidance. Customer Service is exceptional. The owners care about each team member and are accessible to everyone. The pay scale is higher than competitors (in my opinion) and benefits are comparable.

Kontras

As with all Payroll Service Bureaus, there will be times when your work load is overwhelming. The good thing about PayPro HCS is that there are experienced team members in every department willing to help. Trainings could use some improvement, but are better than some companies I have worked for.

Pros

There aren’t many but i will say that the payroll system used is very user friendly. When all the correct payroll info is provided it can be a smooth process.

Kontras

Well there are several. If you want to work in an environment where you are being evaluated by your peers because management says “I can’t be out there to see it myself” that is cause for concern. No one in there is truly happy they are just doing what they must to keep a job. The management are blatant liars who tell you the company is growing but that cannot keep anyone. And if you like working in a dictatorship where you are talked down to like you are remedial this is the place for you! Also they don’t tell you about all the other pitfalls concerning the barrage of phone calls and having to have someone “cover” you just to take lunch. Not to mention the whispering and cliquish behavior by some of the workers.
