No Integrity, no vision - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Pawaa Software: Mitarbeiterbewertung

It is one of the exiting place to work as it is family culture out here. I had to comment as I saw one of our x-employee has taken this route to bad mouth the company. We pride ourselves for treating us as a family at Pawaa. I see that our employees tenure are on average 4 years. I can recall that, this individual joined our company with a faked resume, contacted customers violating a exit contracts. He struggled at the job for one month and next month he worked on getting another job.

As it is a startup, normal challenges are there that are faced by any product companies.

vibrant startup, good learning, handson experience, you are exposed to many domains and technologies, management is good (unlike authoritarian culture of typical startups), technology head is well respected personality in encryption technology world wide

its a startup, so no CMM level 5 experience (personally its a boon than a bane, because my previous engagement was with CMM 5 company) ...
