Since the change in Senior Leaders there is a much more positive vibe within the Company. Staff are being listened to and improvements have been made. This is reflected in the productivity growth.

Because of the growth in productivity we now feel that we are understaffed and everyone is having to do extra hours just to keep up

Sometimes the camaraderie among coworkers can be a bright spot, even if management is lacking.

Management’s incompetence and poor treatment of employees has caused a complete lack of confidence within the workforce, resulting in high turnover at all levels and leaving the business in disarray. New employees are deliberately enticed with a series of false promises and a misleading portrayal of the business during the hiring process. once hired, they quickly realise the role they were promised in the interview is not the one they end up performing. Most soon regret leaving their previous jobs, but by then, it is too late.
