Getting time off was really easy. Raises were frequent once you prove your worth. Great people for coworkers. Straight forward job. Employee appreciation days through the year.

Can sometimes be overworked when things back up. Growing pains are very real; the company is growing but the transition seems to be challenging for employers and employees. The heat - Arizona during the summer is not fun if you aren't good for the heat.
