Supervisors communicate clearly, making it easier for new employees to understand expectations and procedures, and staff members work together well.

The first few months involve a lot of learning.

Steady work schedules, no sudden changes. I can have a life outside work which I can’t say for my previous employment. Mix of new activities and situations. Each day brings new learning experiences. Minimum downtime, job that keeps me moving. I enjoy building routines with clients and seeing how consistency helps over time. Steady guidance and team support. Makes handling new situations easier.

Not really a con but you don’t work here for the money.
