I’ve had such a positive experience working within this district, largely thanks to the incredible support from our district manager. Their consistently positive attitude creates an encouraging and motivating environment for everyone. They truly take the time to listen—whether it’s concerns, ideas, or challenges—and respond with thoughtful solutions that make a real difference in our schools. It’s clear they are deeply committed to supporting both staff and students, and their leadership fosters a sense of teamwork, trust, and shared success across the entire district.

One of the challenges within this district is how geographically spread out the schools are. While each location is doing great work, the distance between sites can sometimes make it difficult to consistently share resources, collaborate, and provide hands-on support to one another. This can occasionally lead to delays or added effort when trying to coordinate across schools. That said, there is still a strong sense of dedication across the district, and with continued focus on communication and connection, there is great potential to strengthen collaboration even further.

Pros

Love the kids I used to work with.

Kontras

They avoid behavior management instead of helping. Starting pay isn’t great. It should be based off experience, education, and work performance. Not just the date you were hired.
