      Freedom of nobody looking over my shoulder all the time. I managed my own time as long as I made my daily scheduled pick ups. Every workday went by quickly.

      Pros

      Flexible some you can work another job. No supervision by managers. Surrounded by a group of peers rather than managers. Good team environment.

      Kontras

      Can be blamed for various things. Large workload and can't leave until it's done (only an issue if someone calls out and you're by yourself). Stressful if peers are off topic. Can't get days off because it's a small team.
