The office is very beautiful.

TOXIC! There is no work life balance, you are screamed at and belittled my leadership. Leadership talks about employees and how they are “idiots, incapable” to all staff. Leadership throws around racial slurs, and when you approach them they tell you they are the employee, they are the employer they run their business as they see fit.
