I've been with Partou through a period of change and growth, and it's been great to see the positive journey the company has been on. Great team, supportive leadership and meaningful work. My role provides a broad exposure across all functions and has offered me opportunities to lead process improvements, develop people management skills and positively influence team member experience. A rewarding environment with strong learning and growth opportunities.

Kontras

As with many shared services environments, workloads can be high during peak periods and priorities can shift quickly. However, continued investment in our current systems and process automation has helped improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Ultimately it can be challenging at times, but the experience gained and the support from people leaders and other team members help make these challenges manageable.
