Pros
Pretty cool technology with a mix of leading edge and normal turn the crank programs. Despite a CEO change, we've been pretty stable, no significant layoffs while I've been here. Friendly co-workers and flexible work hours. We'll be moving into a new and much larger facility soon, which is sorely needed. Some tuition reimbursement options.
Kontras
We have very little lab space to do engineering in, which means some work happens in our cubes. Too many distractions, due to frequent sustaining escalations on the production floor or supply chain. Almost no budget for travel. Slow promotion process. Compensation is low for the Boulder area.
