They are thoroughly invested in supplying jobs to people who love nature and outdoors while maintaining standards of conservancy in our local environments. The chance to work outdoors and live in places that people not only vacation but put on their bucket lists is phenomenal. Day to day interaction with people traveling and enjoying themselves. The worst f’ing company in the industry. Owners and management are complete disasters. Most unprofessional company I have worked for. All equipment is broken, trucks are not inspected nor run safely. Generators, solar, weed whackers, lawnmowers, water infrastructure all broken. No support from management. Nothing but lies upon lies. Which is why they are losing all of their contracts with USFS which despises PMC along with Rangers and Game Wardens.
