Poor management at London office - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Paramount Transportation Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The person in charge of the London office is not a people person and lets members of the team bully other members of the team does nothing about it which lead to that team member having to leave the company! This person very much favours one person on the team above anyone else! If you need this person you can never get hold of them as they too busy at the stables with their horses or with their children but will always make sure they are available for management in the US! The lack of communication from this person is quite disgraceful, you can go three months or longer without a single call or team meeting from this person!
