PTO, Sick Leave, 401k, and I had a great team.

Lack of work, lack if opportunity, I didn't feel seen, the leadership often would attempt to look down on you, the leadership (not my direct supervisor) made HORRIBLE business decisions, hiring people who's positions were largely useless, the pay was, just ok, there were too much red tape, their system protocols were BS, things I should have had access to, I had to go through 5 people to get permissions, etc.
