      none - you can make more and work with better management elsewhere. The manager in the local office will lie, cheat, misrepresent, and insult you all while avoiding any responsibility and being chronically absent and unavailable. Overall an OK company, but do not work for the Bend survey office.

      - friendly and helpful coworkers - approachable supervisors and management - small-company feel despite Parametrix being fairly large - lots of opportunities to learn and grow in whatever field you choose
