Good for career building - you have the opportunity to network with a lot of investment professionals at the top of the industry.
Kontras
Serious issues with direct management and other work politics were extremely distracting. The work itself is tedious, boring, and repetitive - not enough valuable learning experiences through the core responsibilities. Pay range is low and inflexible as upper management is unwilling to retain talent - 4 out of the 7 people in my co-hort (myself included) left after less then a year for more lucrative/interesting opportunities.
