Pros

The benefits are great and salary was great when I was there. Lots of ways to connect with others even though everyone is remote. Growth mindset and one of the best interviews I had. Learned a lot and felt valued in my work.

Kontras

Can have high expectations on work production but it’s a start up so that’s somewhat expected.

Pros

Paradigm sounds great in practice, but anyone considering it should watch out. Some of the non-exec leaders are really exceptional and really care about the employees.

Kontras

Paradigm embodies the exact opposite of what it tells its clients to do. Whether it is through its slowly dying consulting services or its never-finished-but-still-launched products, paradigm presents itself as champion of "good" work culture (used to be DEI, but they quickly dropped that term when it became stigmatized). In reality, paradigm has an unhealthy culture, with leaders who preach growth mindset and psychological safety but who rarely respond well to feedback and don't create good conditions for employees to speak up with issues.
