Sexism, blatantly rude employees, office wall dividers removed so employees are constantly being watched, no action taken when you report an employee for harassment, gaslighting from management, rumour spreading environment, constantly being put down by others, mentally draining, and benefits suck.
Toxic management especially in customer service (blatant racism, sexism and ageism… I have been told verbally that they do not hire African-Americans), nothing you do is ever worth more compensation no matter how much you put in, company will fabricate issues and false “evidence” to make it look like you were in the wrong so they can just get rid of you at any moment, HR is not even a real department as they just execute upper managements orders without question or real evidence.
