Pros
Most of the people who work there have been there for 3+ years, so everyone sees each other as more like family members than coworkers. The manager is always on the floor helping the front of the house or the back, whichever one needs help. The food is quite tasty, and you get to eat a free meal during each one of your breaks.
Kontras
It is harder than most fast food places. I have worked at three other fast food places, and I still find Panda Express to be the hardest among them all. This is mostly due to the lack of employees in every shift. Also, the front of the house workers are responsible for calling out more food when there is close to none or none at all in the front. Some workers ignore that aspect of the job, which leads to no food at all and angry customers.
