This is literally the worst place to work, coming from someone with experience 3 years here, all FOH and BOH operations, I knew it all and learned it all in order to become more efficient, however, the pay is extremely low for the amount of physical labor they will have you ensure, as well as mental stress of corporate coming in and countless times and I mean literally yelling at you. You will travel to other stores or you will not keep your job. You will clean on hands and knees at night. They will ask you to donate money to move up in the company; morals are non existent. Tried to inform of someone drunk on the job while I was in management, got myself almost fired and the whole thing covered up. It truly TRULY is a scam and cult. I worked day and night to open stores, and I Mean literally overnight 24 hours straight, you will regret working here . It seems okay at first but do not let them fool you
