Unfair how they do things... - Guest Services bei Panda Express: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I currently work at this company and i really love Panda Express, but the store i work at its 1. Unfairness. 2. Negative environment. 3. Discrimination. I want to transfer to a new store and they want me to put my 2 weeks at the store i am at to terminate me so that they dont give me my transfer and not able to be rehire by the store i want to go. Manager its been declining my transfer and wants to fire me for no reason.
