If you land on the right location and management, you are there to learn and exceed higher. Panda Express isn't just a fast food like Taco Bell , Mc Dees etc... This place, they actually encourage you to succeed and aim higher in position. The higher you succeed the better pay and benefit you receive. Some managers and upper management may seem mean and have too much expectation... but please don't take them wrong, they are all doing their job right. If every lower new associate cannot cooperate, it is hard to run a business smoothly. Team work is the key in a successful business. You can get a free meal if you work more than 3 hrs per day.
