It is really really really hard to implement any kind of change Impossible to work from home eventhough the schedule is insane 7AM to 3 PM without lunch break the pay is below average for a big city in Spain so you have to be lucky or live very far from the center to actually survive Do not go there and hope to get a good life if you are paying an appartement alone and at the first years of your career
