You will not advance with this company if you are not one of management's favorites. Management lies about their plans for the company and how those changes will impact your position. They give you a job but little guidance and/or resources to actually do the job then complain and/or fire you when you can't do what they want the way they want it. You get very little recognition for anything you've done well, unless you happen to be one of management's favorites (and you will know who they are). Management pretends to want to work with you when you have a problem but ultimately your only options are to keep doing what you're doing or leave. There is no atmosphere for inclusion.
