I loved it here when I first came here. Felt important. People respected my opinions. In comes CEO David Lockwood. It is now the most corporate and toxic environment I have ever been in. Layoffs every couple of months. Cant hire any help for my team even though work has increased ten fold. Yet, we keep buying up our competition. Anything to make this place look good and C-Suite/Investors richer. Lockwood was a guest on a podcast where he lays out what he does to companies and so far all of it has happened here. Packsize looks great on paper, behind the doors its another thing.
