Some of the most incredible people work at Packback. I’m beyond thankful I got the opportunity to work with such cool people. The culture really is the best part.

Seeing Packback go downhill was incredible hard to watch. It has no longer become the company I started at. Packback was acquired by a private equity firm and cuts were made. Now it feels incredibly corporate and cut throat. I was making an embarrassing wage as an AE because commission payout is little to nonexistent. If you are not tenured, you will have very challenging schools that are very hard to sell into. People are either getting fired or leaving for better opportunities so the culture has become stale and anxiety-ridden. The CEO even jokes about being “a puppet on a string” because she has zero say in the decisions being made. I’m thankful for the opportunity to finally get the Account Executive title at Packback, but I’m not sure it was worth my mental decline lol
