Oil price dropping rapidly made it impossible to keep the great emplyees on staff. Massive layoffs resulted.

U work with a lot of good guys and work out side with a lot of good equipment and different company's.

U work in all weather conditions u are out of town a good bit longer sometimes then others and some of the company's can be a real pain.
