Not Good working culture - Marketing Specialist bei Pacific Data Integrators: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Work culture is pathetic in this company specifically if marketing is concerned. The Marketing team is very small and one who is leading it doesn’t know professionalism at all and he doesn’t value one effort specifically if you are a fresher his expectations are way beyond I don’t know about the upper management here as I never got the opportunity to connect but if they are present they must place someone who actually motivates one to work rather than discourage them every-time. It’s eventually your call go if you want a good salary yes its tempting but it comes at a cost your mental peace.
