Monopoly, so you job is usually safe and not subject to the market as non-monopoly organizations are. Retirement is good as is health insurance.

Corporate environment is horrible. In my 20+ years, I have never encountered a worse corporate environment. They broke me. No other organization but my on antidepressants and made me develop IBS. Got blamed for things they KNEW I didn't create or touch. Anemic training, if any at all. Then they wonder why you can't read their minds and make things/ predict what they needed/wanted. Managers/executives promote 'yes men and women' rather than the ability to lead and train individuals up. Please consider your health before agreeing to work here.
