This pretty much depends on what team you belong to and the type of director that manages the team. Unfortunately, my team suffers from lack of supportive leadership, there are zero opportunities for learning, There is lack of trust and favoritism is rampant where only senior staff is favored. Everyone is expected to complete projects with lack of support and management tends to throw you under the bus when mistakes take place. All of this makes for a toxic work environment and productivity suffers due to the lack of management support.

The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
