Pros

Most employees and leaders care about our customers and go above and beyond to serve them. If you accept additional work and put in a few extra hours you will be recognized and rewarded. I have been promoted 3 times in three years.

Kontras

Training is not very structured. The burden is on inexperienced employees to ask for help. If they do there is always someone happy to walk them through processes. If they don't ask for help no one is going to check their work and it will likely impact the business and our customers.

The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
