Pros

If you are female they will promote you even if you have no qualifications. They give you about 4 weeks off between holidays/vacation (you don't get sick time). They do pay a bonus even if they have to lay people off just before the holidays (about 70-80% of what your bonus elegibility is).

Kontras

Be prepared to be micromanaged, overworked, and underpaid. You will receive little or no training and be publicly chastised in front of the department if you make a mistake. Don't trust anyone (especially your management chain) because they will throw you under the bus to save themselves every time. They will lie to your face about not laying anyone off so you won't leave and then lay you off with no notice. The company is not spending any money on improvements and when the power goes out (and it will the way they are operating it) the blame is going to be passed down.

The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
