Trimet stickers are given to employees, which is sweet. Year end bonuses are good, if you aren't lowered just so someone else can have a bigger bonus whether they deserve it or not. You find great co-workers! They give you the ability to suffer through the horror of working for this company. Most directors pick their favorite employees, and treat the rest like crap.

Benefits suck. No options, and way too expensive compared to other utility companies Pay grades suck. Enough said there. Employee appreciation...dismal to NON-EXISTENT! 401K MATCHING IS LAME! compared to other utilities
