My colleagues are awesome and my director thoroughly teaches me how to be effective with every new skill that I am learning. I love talking and meeting new people now. If you’re shy, you’re going to have to break out of your shell. You won’t be able to reach your goals if you don’t learn how to effectively communicate which is something that i had to learn. I strongly recommend putting effort in trying to be more outgoing, or just find somewhere else to work that doesn’t require it.
