The experience at different client sites. The travel and collecting miles/awards for loyalty programs. Generous amount of PTO (20 days for new hires, 25 days for 5+ year employees). New IOT solution looks very promising.
Kontras
No opportunity for growth. Terrible compensation in comparison to competitors. Tons of nepotism and favoritism towards particular individuals. Terrible directive management that change initiatives every year. Terrible career management because of lack of experience, concern, etc. and high turn-over (resulting in a new career manager every 6 months to a year). Recent layoffs every financial quarter.
