Unlimited vacation hours are not tracked...take all that you want!. Country club environment. Zero consequences for actions. If you currently work for the state or government, you will fit right in!

Absolutely no discipline. Complete lack of decision making delegation, hence, nothing gets done. Endless meetings to discuss the same subjects without any decisions. The company spends money like they have a printing press in the back room. Sales has not grown for years, resulting in annual WW RIFs in the 10% range. Annual voluntary turnover is 15-20%

Flexible, great colleagues, good HR training on goals and objectives

Depends on the group, toxic culture pockets exist, abusive and bullying behavior is laughed at and accepted rather than corrected, unclear strategy, business unit level vision is lacking, no accountability, several HR complaints against a manager go unaddressed, slow to change, can be chaotic, more interest in checking the box than hitting the right mark.
