Pros

There are a lot of great people to work with, especially in the "doer" category. Some great software products too, at least for a couple years after PTC acquires them.

Kontras

There are too many parallel and layered manager. The left hands don't know what the right hands do, or the other left hands for that matter. PTC isn't delivering on the stated product strategy. Either they will acquire new companies and therefore don't bother with the current ones, or they are getting ready to be acquired themselves.

Flexible, great colleagues, good HR training on goals and objectives

Kontras

Depends on the group, toxic culture pockets exist, abusive and bullying behavior is laughed at and accepted rather than corrected, unclear strategy, business unit level vision is lacking, no accountability, several HR complaints against a manager go unaddressed, slow to change, can be chaotic, more interest in checking the box than hitting the right mark.
