Smart people at the top.

Kontras

Promotions happen but don't count on them especially if you are technical. They rarely move technical people from one division to another. If your division gets relegated to the Performance or Productivity zone you may as well get your resume ready because you will eventually be cut.

Flexible, great colleagues, good HR training on goals and objectives

Depends on the group, toxic culture pockets exist, abusive and bullying behavior is laughed at and accepted rather than corrected, unclear strategy, business unit level vision is lacking, no accountability, several HR complaints against a manager go unaddressed, slow to change, can be chaotic, more interest in checking the box than hitting the right mark.
